Shipping policy

We're proud to offer free shipping to all destinations, ensuring that no matter where you are. Every order is important to us, and we're eager to get your Terrain Titans products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders are placed by 9:00 PM AEDT for same-day processing. Orders received after 9:00 PM AEDT will begin processing the next business day.
(Example: If an order is placed on Monday at 10:00 PM AEDT, it will be processed on Tuesday.)

Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. This process ensures quality checks and careful packaging therefore your item arrives in perfect conditon. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 days for dispatch processing times.

We offer standard shipping option on all orders, shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Transit takes 7-14 days to reach to your postal address. The tracking information doesn't always update during this phase, but fear not, it is still in transit!

During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual due to volume of high orders and carrier delays. We recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
